Aeijst is committed to protecting your personal privacy. We therefore strictly process personal data only in accordance with legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). We provide this notice to explain the type of information we collect on the www.aeijst.at website and how that information is used.

 

Contact with us

If you get in contact with us by filling out our form on our website or by sending us an Email, you give consent that we may use your data in order to process your request or may get back to you in case we have any questions. We certainly do not pass on this data to any third-party.

 

Data storage

For the purpose of processing the contract we store the following data.
Name, Address, Phone Number and Email Address.
The data you provide us with is important in order to fulfill the contract as well as for pre-contractual measures. Without the data we cannot conclude the contract. We will not transfer your personal data to third parties. The only exception to this general rule is the transmission of credit card data with the processing bank institutions and payment providers for the sole purpose of debiting the price of your order, the transport company that delivers the products as well as our tax accountant to make sure we follow our tax obligation. When cancelling the order, your data will be automatically erased. In case a contract is concluded, all data obtained within the contractual relationship is stored until the expiration of the 7-year storage period in accordance to the tax law. Your name, address, order and date of purchase will be stored until the expiration of product liability (10 years).
The data processing is carried out on the basis of statutory provisions in accordance to ยง 96 article 3 TKG as well as article 6 paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) in th DSGVO.
